to our clients have allowed us to become a leader in
the area of healthcare management services.
Project Capabilities
We have demonstrated expertise in many different areas
including community health center development, health
information exchange planning and development, coordinated
systems of care development, grants management, financial
systems development and management in both non-profit
and for-profit settings.
Experience
Our team has both planned and developed many projects
including the Louisiana Health Information Exchange prototype,
the Louisiana State Health Information Policy Summit
Initiative, Capital Area Access Partnership (a Healthy
Communities Access Program project), Baton Rouge Primary
Care Collaborative-Health Care for the Homeless and Community
Health Center and many others. In addition to planning
and development, we have successfully submitted grant
applications generating a total of over $10,000,000 for
Louisiana organizations in the past few years. Each of
our Principals has over 20 years experience.
