Principal, has over twenty-five (25) years of professional
experience in a variety of health care settings.
Ms. Hinton earned both a Master of Social Work
and a Master of Health Administration from Tulane
University. Her background includes hospital administration,
practice management and clinical practice. She
is a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social
Work, and a member of several professional organizations,
including the Academy of Certified Social Workers,
Louisiana Primary Care Association, Louisiana Medical
Group Management Association, Louisiana Rural Health
Association, National Association of Community
Health Centers, and the National Association of

Lode, MBA, CPA, Principal, has over
twenty (20) years of professional experience in
health care, including over ten (10) years as Chief
Financial Officer in rural and urban Community
Health Centers. Ms. Lode earned both a Bachelor
of Science in Accounting and Master of Business
Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University. Ms.
Lode is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, Society of Louisiana Certified
Public Accountants, Healthcare Financial Management
Association, Medical Group Management Association,
Louisiana Medical Group Management Association
and the National Association of Community Health
